A few examples of AFPA work with enterprises abroad

Romania : Launch of a new production lane in the shoe industry

AFPA trainers led a work-study programme for employees in the shoe industry in support to a French group launching a new production lane.

Slovakia : Planting an automotive factory in Trnava

Since 2004, AFPA assists the firm with planting a new production unit. The firm plans on recruiting 3,500 personnel, including 1,500 assembly operators. For the training part, the firm was granted support from local partners, the Ministry of Education and AFPA. A “Job Campus” was established in Bratislava and Trnava. AFPA is commissioned to train operators and supervisors in assembly techniques.

Morocco : Training assistance for call centres

• AFPA has been assisting Moroccan call centre companies since 2005. The Association especially provided educational guidance and development to the firm instructors.
• Exchange with young Moroccan professionals
  A French construction company partnered with AFPA to train future site foremen from Morocco. The exchange took place as part of agreement protocols between France and Maghreb. After attending a training course in Morocco and France and completing work periods in France, the young professionals joined the Moroccan enterprises as site foremen. The training and guidance system was co-designed by the company and AFPA.
